Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams showrooms stretch from Bogota to Taipei, but the multi-level South End flagship is considered a model for other outposts. In fact, local owners Steve Elbaz and Andrew Terrat have had such success selling American-made modern classics that they recently opened a new location in Natick and have another planned for Burlington later this year. A big part of that success? Personal touches like a dog-friendly policy, frequent charitable partnerships and the keen sensibility of Terrat, who’s also an interior designer.
