Founded by pianist, composer and avid home-brewer Keith Kirchoff, Original Gravity washes down contemporary classical music with craft beers, hosting four intimate concerts a year in breweries that create a brand-new beverage to complement the work of local composers. It’s a winning recipe, and the synesthetic series is more intoxicating than ever in its third season, which kicked off in June with an innovative program that paired a botanical-infused gruit from Chelsea’s Mystic Brewery with Worcester Polytechnic Institute professor Scott Barton’s musical robots.
