Those dishes pair beautifully with an extraordinary program of 17 unusual wines by the glass. Hardcore oenophiles will also find endless fascination in BISq’s serious, often-pricey bottle list. It’s that rare bird: a neighborhood joint that celebrates the alchemical pleasures of fine wine plus good food without a whiff of pretension.
