With a steady flow of new workouts, Equinox trainers have innovative ways to move your ass in class, including client favorites the Pursuit (more video game than cycling class) and the Cut (all of the boxing, none of the hits). They even take the snooze factor out of indoor jogging with Precision Running, a calorie-torching treadmill workout, and they recently upped the ante once again with a just-launched ice skating-meets-barre class inspired by Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski.
