This Medford-born Mexican outfit has made serious moves over the past few years, adding North End and Davis Square restaurants, plus two food trucks that rove around doling signature torta sandwiches to the hungry masses gathered for curbside lunch. Thick telera rolls layered with chipotle mayo and Oaxaca cheese are filled with shredded beef, chorizo, chicken and other meats that can also be used for building terrific corn-tortilla tacos.
