Bridal makeup isn’t simply a one-day affair for Blush’s Kelly O’Keefe. In addition to collaborating with event planners and photographers, she’s worked with brides almost a year in advance to establish a skin care routine—and an easygoing relationship that often continues well past the wedding day. “I’m still friends with so many of my brides, and they bring their babies into Tryst!” O’Keefe says, referring to her Hingham brick-and-mortar, which offers brow services, spray tans, lash extensions and more.
