The Lowell-bred electro-rockers of Pvris have been steadily building buzz since releasing their 2014 debut, White Noise, and fans eagerly awaited word of their follow-up—until this April, when the trio wiped their social media accounts before tweeting a cryptic photo and the hashtag “#AWKOHAWNOH.” Followers went wild trying to decipher the message, which turned out to be a nod to All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell, their sophomore album dropping Aug. 4. We’re guessing it won’t disappoint, as Pvris is currently on a massive summer tour alongside Jared Leto-fronted Thirty Seconds to Mars in support of mega-rockers Muse. Don’t blink: This is a band to keep your eye on lest they skyrocket out of sight.
