A former Miss Massachusetts USA competitor, designer April Soderstrom has cornered the market on sparkly pageant bling that’s been sported on stage by recent queens. But glitter isn’t the only reason the designer has been the talk of the town—she’s also a pro at crafting featherweight ear hooks and hoops, layering lariats and chokers and starting arm parties of beads and tassels.
