Cecelia Lizotte built an American dream one hearty bowl of fufu stew at a time. She began Suya as a catering business after moving stateside in ’99 and launched a full-fledged Roslindale restaurant in 2012; its success spurred a move to a larger Roxbury location last year. But she still occasionally returns to her native Nigeria, packing her suitcase full of hard-to-find-here spices for Suya’s eponymous kebabs and other vibrantly flavored comfort foods.
