Taste of the Nation

No child should ever go hungry, and at Taste of the Nation, a benefit to raise funds to battle childhood hunger, no guests will go empty-bellied either. The food fest for nonprofit Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign will bring together chefs from more than 60 of the area’s buzziest restaurants—including Little Donkey, UNI, Row 34, Bar Mezzana, the Smoke Shop, Hojoko, Fat Hen, O Ya, Townsman and Oak & Rowan, to name just a few—who’ll serve up small bites and desserts. Taniya Nayak of the Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible and HGTV’s House Hunters will emcee the tasting, which will include wine, beer and cocktails to wash down all the delicious nibbles, so come ready to sip and sup.
