The brand-new Watertown spot, a suburban extension of Garrett Harker’s Eastern Standard, shows the creamy fruit serious respect: The perfect specimen is carefully sliced, dressed in vinaigrette that pops with sweet fresh marjoram and crisp pickled mustard seeds, and topped with strips of clean, salty-rich ricotta salata peeled from chef de cuisine Stephen Oxaal’s batch. You’ll be scraping up every last bit.
