Meteorologist for NECN

Secret goal: I hope to one day open a Mexican restaurant here in Boston!
Craziest thing she ever did for love: Flying to Martha’s Vineyard in a tiny plane. I’m petrified of flying in small planes, and we hit some crazy head-wind turbulence before landing safely. I wanted to kiss the ground and punch my date.

Memorable first date: He picked me up at 4:30 am, and we drove to a field. It was still dark, but when we got there, a man was waiting in a beautiful, multicolored hot-air balloon. The ride was gorgeous, and we had Champagne and strawberries. He got a second date.
If she were a storm, she’d be: A “firenado”—a spectacular mix of fire and tornado, two of nature’s fiercest phenomena in one. Boom!
Secret skills: I kill at charades, and I’m a very good poker player.
You’d never know: I’ve broken my nose three times.
You may have noticed: I have a hard time pronouncing “February” and “astronaut.”
