Bonobos

This online retailer opened its brick-and-mortar doors in late September. Head to the 1,000-square-foot space for a pants fitting (and to browse racks of playfully patterned shirts) before placing an order online.

Filson

Slated to open this spring, Filson’s first New England spot will stock soft and sturdy shirts that are good for working hours and winter weekends, plus coats, boots and more hunting and fishing apparel.

Peter Millar

It’s time to chuck those pilled, ancient sweaters once this luxe brand opens up shop next year. Though it’s expanded to include polo shirts, outerwear and more, this North Carolina line is famous for its signature cashmere sweaters.
