It was truly a sweet occasion on Feb. 4 when Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay celebrated the world of Willy Wonka at its 18th annual Big Night. More than 1,000 guests flocked to the House of Blues for performances by Allen Stone and Jason Derulo, as well as a chance to bid on a dinner with Red Sox legend David Ortiz. The occasion also honored the charity’s chairman Jeffrey Leerink and raised $2 million for its mentoring programs.
