One Trans-cendant Evening

That suspiciously good-looking, well-dressed, high-powered crowd on a recent Saturday night at the World Trade Center? The 37th annual Human Rights Campaign Dinner.

Front and center were glittery co-chairs Courtney Spitz and Miriam Gallardo and Michael Kelley and Ricardo Rodriguez, the political triumvirate of Elizabeth Warren, Marty Walsh and Maura Healey, interior designer Alina Wolhardt-Gordon and her sneaker pimp, Jay, fashion designer Daniela Corte and her slam-piece, Stuart Roseman, honoree and hospitality guru Brian Piccini with his thirst-trap husband, Alex Sprague, honoree, supermodel and Improper cover girl Teddy Quinlivan, honoree and actress Patricia Velásquez, the irresistible Josh Trinh, glamazon Sophia Catrambone, the insanely sexy Peter Carrillo, power chicks Meg Talon and Haley Fortier, lovable shutterbug Cheryl Richards, real estate hotties Nick Hanneman and Chris Gonzales and others of their illustrious ilk.

Dinner was delicious, accompanied by the crooning of the swoon-worthy Isaac Haselkorn of Almost Owen, and if there were a few too many speeches, there was at least the one by Quinlivan, who’s brilliant and fresh out of fucks to give.

Among her funniest lines: “There’s really never a good time to tell your date, ‘By the way, I was born with a penis.’ ” ◆
