Men of Boston Cooking for Women’s Health, the annual benefit for the Codman Square Health Center, attracted the likes of Jim Braude, U.S. Rep. Joe Kennedy III and other celebrities who were paired with the neighborhood’s top restaurants to feed a hungry horde.

Regarding a pair of beefy guys wearing white button-downs and khakis, one guest said, “I can’t tell if they’re a gay couple or Mormon missionaries,” to which his friend responded, “Maybe they’re both.” ◆
