Tables of Content can not only devise the perfect menu, but prepare it using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, including herbs from its own garden. (It’s the only Bay State caterer certified by the Green Restaurant Association.) Passed hors d’oeuvres like almond-chicken lollipops and grilled jalapenos with stuffed shrimp can lead to plated specialties like roasted tenderloin with sherry-truffle jus. Tables of Content also offers “interactive” mini entree stations for hosts looking for a more flexible dining experience.
