With smash hit Serial capturing the imagination of the nation, it’s a good time to have a great podcast. And while it might not have the same hype, WGBH’s Innovation Hub has our attention—and that of more than 800,000 Soundcloud followers. Hosted by Tufts alum Kara Miller, the program offers deep-dive looks at how innovation affects daily life, making complex subject matter accessible with segments that tackle everything from the negative effects of the delivery economy to “Beyoncé’s Secret Sales Weapon.” And thanks to its move to a national platform last year, even more listeners are getting to enjoy the knowledge bombs.
