Bostonians love to complain about the red tape that reins in our nightlife scene. But we’ll raise our glass to one big coup pushing it forward: the creation of 75 new liquor licenses during the next three years, most of which are designated for underserved neighborhoods such as Dorchester, Roslindale and Roxbury, where they’ll hopefully give the restaurant and bar culture (and local economy) a jolt.
