Nowadays, every new restaurant thumps its chest with a signature burger, each patty permutation wilder than the last. But the best is an unlisted offering at Barbara Lynch’s well-established Fort Point cocktail bar. Available by request only in limited nightly quantities, Drink’s burger is simple yet spectacular: a half-pound of beef from a southern Colorado farm, American cheese, housemade pickles and black-pepper aioli on a potato roll topped with sesame seeds. Crazy good.
