A gorgeous design by its architect owners has helped make Casa B an attractive choice for casual, romantic dinners. Its pretty, intensely flavored dishes, drawing mainly on the cuisines of Puerto Rico and Colombia, immediately grab diners’ attention. What has made Casa B thrive, however, is filtering those sensibilities through the prism of a Spanish tapas joint, with the sociability and languid pacing of a meal centered on small plates. It’s a canny and utterly winning concept.
