The confections at Oakleaf Cakes are works of art, thanks to the talents of culinary-schooled bakers and MassArt-trained painters, art historians and illustrators. Many of them have been part of the team since husband-and-wife owners Amanda and Tyler Oakleaf moved their business to a storefront near Symphony Hall three years ago. But you don’t need to stop in their shop to see the goods: Their creations have been spotted on the Food Network, CNN and TLC.
