The nightclubby Yvonne’s is versatile. Stellar bartending makes for some classy hooching, while stunning ambiance and a terrific shareable menu present a glamorous backdrop for a dressed-up dinner with a crowd. “Feast” plates are big enough for a whole table, none more dramatic than the grilled “viper” chop, a looong, narrow plate of slow-roasted pork ribs on kimchee fried rice with crispy shallots. Like a lot of Yvonne’s patrons, it’s a scrumptious head-turner.
