A Whirlwind Romance pop-up bookstore

Ditch your little black book for a different page turner this Valentine’s Day at Somerville’s A Whirlwind Romance pop-up bookstore. Silver Unicorn Bookstore teams up with bookseller Clarissa Murphy to highlight romance books spanning an array of categories, including historical, LGBTQIA+ and young adult. Attendees can also get one-on-one time with some of their favorite writers during two signings on Feb. 16, featuring local best-selling author Nicole Galland and The Boston Globe’s Love Letters columnist Meredith Goldstein. Commemorate the day at a Polaroid camera photo booth while donning literary props and costumes, or by posing alongside a build-your-own-title board and life-size cutout of the king of covers himself, Fabio.
