Oprah discovered the Massachusetts-based company, founded by longtime friends Laurie Bowen and Kristin Broadle, on a visit to the Cape shortly after Centerville’s launch in 2009. The signature chicken pie is made with slow-cooked, hand-pulled chicken and homemade gravy inside a flaky crust.
