The interior of ReelHouse, which opened along the waterfront in Eastie in April, takes its design cues from yacht style, so it’s fitting that the menu also takes inspiration from the sea. Don’t miss the New England-style clam bake, a signature entree featuring local clams, mussels and lobster (each order comes with three-quarters of a pound of tail, claw and knuckle meat), as well as chorizo, marble potatoes and corn, all cooked in an aromatic lobster broth. “I think the base is really important,” says culinary director Marc Orfaly. “You’re getting the great flavors of the clams and the mussel juice, the lobster itself and, of course, my favorite part, the chorizo, gives it a little bit of smoke.”
