Chilly nights just got a little warmer with the release of Yotel Boston’s winter menu—including the quatro formaggio cheese fondue—which you can savor under the cozy temps of the rooftop Sky Lounge’s new overhead heaters. “Fondue is a classic comfort food,” says Jason Cool, director of food and beverage. “The warmth, gooeyness and fun of sharing it is the perfect antidote to winter.” His rich, nutty version blends Gruyere, sharp cheddar, Swiss and blue cheese with white wine, cherry brandy and spices like nutmeg and thyme and is served alongside fruit, bread and crackers. Tuck yourself under one of the lounge’s blankets and order a hot cocktail—and suddenly it’s a little easier to hunker down till spring.
