Boston-based designer Graciela Rivas launches her third collection, the summer-inspired Waves, this month through online retailer Nineteenth Amendment, debuting a line of dresses that are actually made up of separates. “You can combine our tops and bottoms in different stylish ways. Buying two dresses is like getting four,” says Rivas (far right). “You might wear a look we did not envision during the creative process.” Show off your own sartorial skills at the line’s launch party on June 25 at the W Boston.
