On July 13, the French Cultural Center closed off a block of Marlborough Street for its Bastille Day fête. In celebration of the French national holiday, some 150 major donors attended a private party at the center, while 2,000 partygoers enjoyed live music by Mali’s Sidi Touré and Haiti’s Lakou Mizik, as well as French-inspired food from seven local chefs.
