Some 200 guests had a roaring good time at the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum’s 26th annual gala on Jan. 21 at Carrie Nation Cocktail Club. The Prohibition: Last Call! party featured cocktails, a light supper, a silent auction and a whiskey tasting for the 200 guests, who helped raise more than $100,000 for the charity’s work improving students’ literacy skills and celebrating acts of courage.
