On Jan. 11, the Genesis Foundation for Children held its Winter Mixer at the Bell in Hand Tavern, where people mingled over drinks and supper, met board members and heard from a family benefiting from the cause. The evening’s 75 guests raised more than $2,000 to help the foundation fund the diagnosis and care of children born with physical and intellectual disabilities and genetic disorders.
