According to the powers that be on Instagram, it’s time to work on our #BeachBodies. To which we say: “Unfollow.” But getting healthy while doing good is a sentiment we can support. That’s the idea behind the Jimmy Fund’s Fit Fest, a fundraiser for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Sponsored by Reebok, the outdoor fest will feature workouts led by five of the city’s top trainers—alongside Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman. Not to worry: You don’t have to be in gold medal shape to participate, and you can take part in as many (or as few) classes as you like. All attendees will score a Reebok tee and sweatband, along with breakfast and healthy snacks, so raise some funds and your heart rate at the Hatch Shell on May 6.
