Boston has a way of breathing unlikely new life into historic buildings—you know, like giving us the chance to get schnockered at the former police headquarters. Once the surrounding Back Bay offices empty, Precinct’s sunken patio lounge fills with thirsty 30-somethings in need of raised spirits. And with creative cocktails like the Remember the Maine, made with blueberry-infused rye, and Precinct Punch, a bourbon-mint-chocolate milk combo, it’s easy to see why our attention has been arrested.
