It’s with good reason that brilliant New England seafood restaurant Neptune Oyster is never not-mobbed. Beyond fabulous raw bar, great fried clams and a canonical clambake topped with a two-pound lobster, there’s a genius fried-oyster-topped burger and a stupendous lobster roll, both served with a heap of gorgeously crisp, salty fries still radiating the heat of the fryer. Don’t bother to wait anywhere in the North End with a line out the door, except for this place.
