At their two previous collaborations, Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer had to stay in specific small plates lanes: Italian at Coppa, Spanish at Toro. Their new Central Square spot frees them to color outside the lines, skittering around the world (hello, Pakistan, China, Turkey, Thailand, Hawaii, New England) and indulging their late-night bong-hit-inspired whims. Combined with a stellar bar program and more spacious digs, it yields the year’s most fun, fanciful, delectable new spot.
