The fresh pastas made daily from a variety of interesting flours (hard red wheat, spelt, semolina) and fascinating sauces and fillings are the essential centerpiece of any meal here. Bonus: The opening of their new restaurant (Benedetto) has taken some of the difficulty out of getting a table here.
