Rabid culture vultures are coveting tickets for Hamilton, the rap-centric Broadway musical-cum-cultural phenomenon that finally arrives at the Boston Opera House for a rare long run: Sept. 18 through Nov. 18. The award-deluged show about America’s Founding Fathers is also a progressive celebration of ethnically diverse casting in a country that’s still learning that representation really matters, and brings Walnut Hill School for the Arts alum Nicholas Christopher back to town as the titular character’s dueling partner, Aaron Burr.
