In the summer, the open-air courtyard at Publico stands as an oasis from the heat and bustle of the city, but the addition of a retractable roof added a new dimension: a winter getaway. A DIY hot cocoa bar, warmed-up cocktails and some lodge-inspired bites were whipped up for the cold-weather pop-up’s menu, while faux animal heads, cozy blankets and snow decor lent an après-ski feel to the ambiance. Next year, you might as well skip the slopes and head straight to the bar.
