There isn’t one move this self-proclaimed healthaholic hasn’t rocked. Macken’s run four marathons—plus one ultra—and has 500 hours of yoga training under her mat, on top of leading regular classes at Flywheel Sports, EverybodyFights, Coolidge Yoga and specialized workshops (Solar AcroYoga anyone?). And her handstands are legendary. Fitness fanatics should also keep an ear out for her upcoming podcast with cycling powerhouse Rachele Pojednic. “I’ve never played small with my life,” Macken says. “I don’t intend to start now.”
