The latest outing from the Franklin Cafe Group has a tremendous Eastern European-style deli next door with fabulous pastrami, corned beef and roast chicken, but its full-service restaurant and bar is even more exciting: a modern Israeli eatery buttressed by a great gin-centric bar in a cool Space Age bachelor pad of a dining room.
