Chef/co-owner Andrew Brady and partner/general manager Sara Markey opened their little Union Square indie with just a few pop-ups and catering gigs under their belts, a Kickstarter and a wing-and-a-prayer. But these fresh-faced former amateurs are now crafting beautiful, delicious American fare with unstudied earnestness and bubbly hospitality.
