2017 New England Food Truck Festival

You don’t have to wander far in this town to get a good meal. Heck, you can find some of the tastiest bites on any given street corner, at one of many of Boston’s top-notch food trucks. But we don’t have the monopoly on the meals-on-wheels scene. Catch a ride out to Springfield for the 2017 New England Food Truck Festival, where more than 40 of the best food trucks in the region will park it for a two-day food fest. The third annual festival is set to feature grub from our own Chubby Chickpea alongside area favorites like Chicopee’s Nom Nom Hut, Malden’s Makin’ Jamaican, Medford’s the Roving Lunchbox, Connecticut’s Poutine Gourmet and Fried Chicken Chompers, and many more, with a few outsiders joining the party from as far out of town as Brooklyn. The festival will feature live music and plenty of family-friendly activities (plus booze for grownups), so hit the road when it hits Western Springfield on July 29 and 30.
