Haim at Agganis Arena

With the funky guitar twangs and staccato lyrics of their 2013 smash hit “The Wire,” childhood rock-band dreams became vivid reality for Haim, the indie-rock trio formed by sisters Este, Danielle and Alana Haim of California. After raking in accolades for their debut studio album Days Are Gone, the sisters are back with their follow-up, Something to Tell You. Released in July 2017, the album glides from pop-rock to disco-tinged tunes and back again, like the lead single “Want You Back,” which mixes slick production with confessional vibes. In January they announced their Sister Sister Sister tour, which will whisk the musical siblings across the UK and North America, including a stop in Boston. / Nathan Tavares
