The Lodge at Publico

To ski, or to après ski— that is the question. Enjoy the perks of a cozy mountain getaway at Publico, where
a slopes-themed pop-up takes over the restaurant’s atrium. Under a new retractable roof, the Lodge’s winter wonderland is complete with fire pits, flannel blankets and an artificial snow machine. Not ready to take on
the shot skis? Warm up to other seasonal beverages like hot buttered rum, hot chocolate spiked with Grey Goose and Aztec chocolate bitters and executive chef Keenan Langlois’ lodge-inspired offerings such as a grilled Vermont “shreddar” cheese sandwich served with tomato soup. And food and drink isn’t the only thing on the menu: The Lodge will host special events throughout the season, such as lift ticket giveaways and screenings of the 2018 Winter Olympics.
