Vince Lombardi Trophy at the Museum of Science

It’s not quite February yet, but the Vince Lombardi Trophy is making another appearance in Boston on Oct. 8, when Gridiron Glory touches down at the Museum of Science. The Pro Football Hall of Fame brings more than 200 photographs, artifacts and archival footage from its headquarters in Canton, Ohio. Hop into an instant replay booth or check out the accounting ledger from an 1892 game that marked the sport’s first pro player. And New England fans get up close with cleats, gloves and jerseys worn during milestone games, plus 1980s AstroTurf from Foxboro Stadium’s predecessor, and even the draft card for 2000’s 199th pick, Tom Brady. Rush to the Museum of Science through Jan. 7. / Sarah Hagman
