Newbury Street isn’t exactly known for its edge. But hidden among the chichi sidewalk eateries and glossy boutiques is a gallery that’s been showcasing boundary-pushing conceptual work for more than 30 years. Recently, that roster has included solo exhibits for the likes of provocative wordsmith Jenny Holzer and minimalist master Sol LeWitt, as well as thoughtfully curated group shows like the newly opened Additive Logic—not to mention the annual AIDS Benefit Exhibition, where you can score small works for a $350 donation to a good cause.
