Senegalese cuisine weaves native traditions with historical influences from North Africa, Portugal and the bygone French empire. This serene, brick-lined South End bistro takes advantage of that diversity with dishes like French-Vietnamese-influenced spring rolls and salads to complement traditional West African fritters and turnovers as well as stews, grills and roasts of fish, lamb and chicken.
