Greater Boston is home to many Ashkenazi Jews, so why are our delicatessens so terrible? That question became academic once this spot from the State Park team opened, not only serving extraordinary versions of deli classics—corned beef, latkes, gribenes, lox, pickled herring, pastrami, knishes, matzahball soup, celery soda, babka, bagels, bialys (yessss!)—but making them in-house. In an age when the traditional Jewish deli is waning, Cambridge is now blessed to have an absolutely amazing one.
