After helming Neptune Oyster for years, Michael Serpa went his own way with this intimate Back Bay solo venture. His fine cooked fare includes a New England bouillabaisse and whole roasted sea bream. But we’re most blown away by his raw bar, going beyond pristine local and West Coast oysters to include uni crudo, scallop ceviche, hamachi crudo and Champagne-poached shrimp. A list of well-chosen seafood-friendly wines and the cutest little patio in the neighborhood are the cherries on top.
