Few pleasures in Chinatown are as simple and satisfying as a dim sum repast: plates of buns, steamer baskets of dumplings and pots of tea to fill in the corners of a Sunday morning or weekday afternoon. This Chinatown spot has a long Cantonese menu, but it’s our favorite for its a la carte dim sum (everything made to order, no trolleys), with an exceptional selection of sweeter buns and cakes from its adjacent bakery.
